SVG + XSLT => VML ???

I want to use vector graphics on my website, but dont want to develop
separate SVG and VML images. I feel like this is a common problem, but
I cant find any tools that do the job. Surely there is a converter
tool to go between them (since svg and vml are so similar)... does
anyone know of one? Doesnt have to be XSLT, even perl works.

Thanks,
RR
