WindowsXP Home Edition

I have gotten the dreaded blue screen of death. I was loading the patch for
WOW and it critically fail which prompted me to send a error message to MS,
then my computer when to the blue screen and started dumping. I have been
have problems with Internet Explorer not work since E7 came out and now this.
What do I do? PLEASE Help

Try posting your question to a newsgroup with "Windows" in the description.

I have never navigated through this site before. I see from other posts that
the same thing has happened to others if you got to MS help site. It puts us
here, so we post think that we will get help. But I see how to navigate it
