Visual Studio Web Developer Express

We have an intern starting with us soon and It would be good if we did not need another license for visual studio for him to work with. I was wondering whether the free visual studio web developer express would be good enough for developing our site.

What web development features are in visual studio 2005 that are not in visual studio web developer express?
