Losing session data

the system in which my application is deployed has both dotnetframework 1.1 and 2.0 installed. when my application is executed in that system, data which are entered in text area are not getting stored in the database.

Session data is lost everytime you deploy, whenever backend code gets re-compiled and after a X amount of minutes timeout. (As well as possible other occasions).

Are any of these situations occuring?

1. Check that your "Save" code is called properly.

user Response.write ...

2. if you have catched exception, then Display that exceptions.

3. Check that Database conection works on that system.

This is not related to multiple versions of the ASP.NET on the system.
