Hi every body

I'm newer to vc++.net(windows form application)
I 'm working on a prog that I want it to have serial conection with 4 ports at one time and when it got information from ports it be able to show them on form
I wrote it in vc++(MFC) by MSCOMM and I got answers but
when I changed it to vc++.net by MSCOMM I can get numbers up to 127 not more forexample I get 75 insted of 240 tell me what can I do ?

I must get some numbers between 0-255 from another computer
I put Mscomm in text mode for input
please help me
