Native class in C#??

Hi,

In the following thread, http://www.thescripts.com/forum/post1058484-5.html , there is a class I want to use but I cannot get it to compile because of the Native's used. It seems to be some static class but I don't know what namespace it's in. Can anyone assist?

Thanks,
Evan
