Difference between UserControl and a WebUserControl

Major differences between a usercontrol in windows application and a web user control:

Windows UserControl, Web UserControl

1) .cs file extension , .ascx

2) Build to form .dll , No

3) Can be added to the toolbox using the reference to the dll, Directly to the project and drag & drop
