My understanding is that UDDI isn't a file at all. The Universal
Description Discovery and Integration is a registry for web services. Think
of it as the Yellow Pages of web services. A .disco file allows inquiries
to your web server discover what web services are available. I don't
believe there is a relationship between UDDI and .disco files.
