trying to unload assembly at run time

3
I have for assemblies .One common program uses one after other each of them at runtime.
When I use only one all methods work fine. But if I use all of them together.Porgram works fine for first and throws error for second saying couldn't find a method.
Is it because first assembly is still there in memory and program is using it.

Can you tell us exactly what the error message says? Paste in the error message, and then provide a literal translation if its in another language.
