Cannot delete language culture...

I inadvertently set the language property to zu-ZA (Zulu) on a form that resides in a library assembly. I immediately set it back to (Default), but now whenever I build anything that uses this assembly a zu-ZA culture assembly is added.

I have looked everywhere for any reference to zu-ZA in all of my source code and I cannot find what is telling VS2005 to build this assembly. I did find it listed in the vbproj.filelist.txt file, but cannot find what determines what gets built.

Can anyone help me delete this erroneous reference to an unneeded culture?

Thanks in advance!
