Listen to XML Feed from port ...

Hi There,
whats the best way to listen and parse a XML Feed that it's launched from a server through a specfic port ?

You are going to have slow that down and break it up.

We need at least the following:
Is your application webbased or windows based (webpage or standalone?)?
How is the user sending you the xml file (multipart mime form submission? http? custom method?)
What language you are using (VB, C#, J++, whatever) would be helpfull also
