Updating a dll used by a process

Our project is using updater block for doing updates.We are able to update but there is one problem.The process(an exe),which carries out the application of downloaded updates is using a dll,which too needs to be updated.But,i get an error--g used by another process".What options I have to carry out update of dll.

Set up a task to be performed when windows starts, which will replace the DLL and remove itself from the start up process.
