something is changing my filenames

I have a strange problem. I have an asp.net ver1.1 application and am
logging all errors. I deployed this application several months ago and am
seeing the dreaded System.IO.FileNotFoundException which you would think
would be easy to find as it tells you what file it was trying to look for.
The name of the file it is looking for looks like I misspelled it but I have
done a search through my entire project and cannot find any reference to this
misspelled file name. Lets say I have a file in my project called
HelpMe.aspx - the error log would show something like HelpBe.aspx. Again, I
have searched my entire project and cannot find the misspelled filename
anywhere. Does anyone have any idea what could cause something like this??
The users haven't complained yet but I can imagine they will sooner or later.

thanks
