visual studio needs to be closed error

Hi all,
THis is a very strange error that i cant figure out..everytime i am trying to make a windows application on my visual studio 2005...it shuts down visual studio and starts reporting error...
what should i do?????
please help me..

Check the Event Viewer for any error messages. Call up Microsoft and Utilize that MSDN subscription ;)
