Sending custom http headers

Hi,

I have to consume a web service that expects some custom http-headers. How
to set them using the Web-Service-Proxy generated with Visual Studio ?

The request should look like the following one. Take a look at the custom
HTTP-Header-Entries "username" und "passwort".

POST /SOAP HTTP/1.1
Host: [...]
[...]
username: myUserName
password: myPasswort
SOAPAction: "http://xyz/abc"
Connection: close
<soapenv:Envelope [...]>
[...]
</soapenv:Envelope>

Wishes,
Manfred
