Parser error: could not load type

The project has been developed using .net2002. now i want to add more pages accoring to the users requirement. they work fine in the local system but when i put them into the server, it gives the following error. error will come only the newly added pages. i am using .net 2005

Have you tried rebuilding the site and then republishing the site?
