Can't add deployment project

It's time to deploy my project. According to the help documentation, I
should select File, Add, New Project and then, under Other Project
Types, select Setup and Deployment Projects. However, this last choice
is not listed.

Any ideas? TIA,

What edition of Visual Studio 2005 are you using?

Don't think the express editions got the standard deployment project, if
thats the edition you're using.
They had some third-party stuff though I think, im sure I read something
about that on the express website.

Have you tried Tools->Import and Export Settings...
to reset to general developer settings?
If that fails to reveal the Deployment Project, then the next step is a
repair install of VS.
