SSL on .Net CF

Hi,

My application is on .Net CF 2.0 for Pocket Pc 2003 SE devices.

Im trying to access different servers by using https:// requst from my application. For some server it's working fine but for some it throws an Exception. My code is as follows :

Description of Exception is as follows:

Status : Trust Failure

Message : An error message cannot be displayed because an optional
resource assembly containing it cannot be found

Does anyone has any idea, where exactly im missing anything.
Is this related to any Certificate issues.
