CSS does not load

Dear All,

I know my question could be not too much detailed, but we have migrated a
web site from win 2000 to win 2003 (ASP.NET 1.0) and every thing has gone
well but for CSS.

Style sheets don't load , so html pages don't appear right.

Please , anyone of you could give me some ideas ?
Regards

Assuming that you're using external style sheets, check the URL references
to them in the link tags.
