double click on short cut key

Application is in running mode and icon is displaying on system try. when i close application (not exit application), in this movement when i am double click on desktop short cut icon it has dispaly the application.

when i am double click on Desktop short cut icon, application has to minimize and maximaze in C#.net

I think what you are wanting is to make sure that only one instance of your program is running?
So you run your program for the first time and it makes an icon in the system tray.
When the user "closes" your program it really just closes the gui and your program stays running.
If they try to open it (like from a desktop shortcut) you want your already running program to show it's gui window again.

I read an article about how to do that before but can't remember it. Try searching for single instance programs or something in the meantime.
