Import a Oracle9i file into VB.NET 2005

I'm tring to elminate paper work for my friends small company. I'm creating my tables in pl/sql and importing my info into them. Can someone please tell me how to import the tables that im creating into VB.NET 2005? Thanks for any help that you can give me.
