cant create web service...why not?

Hello. I try to create new web service application on local machine, but
cannot advance to solution menu after i click create, in the menu. the ide
hangs and does not respond to mouse clicks. the menu freezes, and get the
dreaded NOT RESPONDING. any ideas?

Maybe, you don't have enough pagefile size on the machine to do it. Maybe
the pagefile size on the machine is too small to be doing anything in the
..NET IDE. If the machine is Windows XP or Vista, then see if the O/S is set
to *control the pagefile size as needed*. A small pagefile size on the
machine can adversely affect the .NET IDE.
