debugging problem

hi, my name is praveenkumar i has .net in my computer and also debugging problem.i tried lot to solve this problem but its really a head weight work.. i recieve error message that "project encountered error while trying to debug ,to fix this problem repair the IISadmin or remove it" so this is my problem ,i need your help ok bye
