Problem with showing an image from the web

I am using the following line of codecode, as was written in the forums:
Image.FromStream(System.Net.HttpWebRequest.Create( "http://re3.mm-a4.yimg.com/image/3082975435.jpg").GetResponse().GetResponseStream() );

and I receive the following error:

The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseStatusLine

that image is a result of a yahoo search,
I don't get that error for other images, only for images which are yahoo search results.
I did the same in java so the problem is not with Yahoo.
anyone knows how to solve it?
