Why Crystal Reports prints on some computers and not others

I have recreated a report in using the built in Crystal in VS2005 for an ASP.net application. I like what I see.

The problem is that it prints on some computers and not others. I am using the ActiveX print mode. This allows me to send it straight to the printer per the users request. The pdf version adds about 4 extra actions for them.

The first time they call the report on some machines a popup comes asking if they want to install a print control. Once they click yes, it allows printing every time after that.

On other machines they don't get the popup. I am thinking there could be something keeping it from showing. The popup blocker is not turned on. Any advice?

Are the machines with the problem all the same OS ? Are the ones that are working the same OS? Are the 2 groups of groups different OS's ? I may be as simple as installing the CR runtime on the none working machines
