I'm not sure what you're looking for, but there are certainly XML tools
for C++. For example, Apache's Xerces parser is available in a C++
version. If you ask a more specific question about your needs, folks may
be able to give you a more specific answer.

Oh, I see. CCXML is a proposed telephony control language for voice
browsers, intended to describe the state machine of a voice application.
A websearch on "ccxml and c++" finds mention of code available from
Voxeo and Phonologies, plus other discussions.

As far as I can tell CCXML seems to have nothing to do with VOIP per se,
except that the audio channel it's intended to control might be VOIP-based.

Note also that CCXML is still in Working Draft status, which means it's
potentially subject to rapid change or to being discarded entirely if
folks decide it wasn't what they needed after all.

I haven't had any reason to investigate this, so I can't help you beyond
that. You might want to check telephony-specific discussions, as they
might have had more active interest in this particular application of XML.

SDK for CCXML andVoiceXMLin C/C++
if you are planning to develop Voip (or VoiceXml/CCXML) application
you will need VoiceXml and CCXML Platform.(may not SDK)

Generally SDK for CCXML and VoiceXml means, to create/develop
Customized VoiceXml/CCXML Platform for Specific Telephony (as well
some other) components.

Even you have not mentioned, if i assume you are asking about
"Opensource" SDK then mainly Three (in C/C++)
(still you may want to search on Sourceforge or Google Code Search)

VoiceXml/Vxml

1. OpenVxi (on sourceforge)
2. PublicVoiceXml (Derived from Openvxi) (on sourceforge)
CCXML :

1. Oktopous (On Sourceforge)

there are some implementation link for ccxml/voicexml on W3C's Voice
Browser WG page.
