Form filled with controls shows as blank!

I just open the main form of my app, and it showed as blank! No
controls! And I didn't even touch it. So I closed it, and it asked
it I wanted to save the code .cs file, so I clicked no (I did modify
that recently, but I thought I had it saved), and reopened the form,
and all the controls came back. I didn't know if I clicked to save on
close if it would have saved the state that it was showing in, with no
controls!

Has this happened ot anyone before?

Zytan
