creating web site in IIS using c#

How can I create a new web site, not a virtual directory, in the local IIS using c#?

If you are using XP then you have to use some third party tools to do that.

If 2000 or 2003 Servers then you can create it in the iis admin itself.

Using C# ? Each of your project will act as an website.
