Oracle dataset

I am fairly new at .Net 2005 so bear with me as I try to explain this. I am
using VB.Net 2005 and I am making a simple program that uses the
System.Data.OracleClient and dbgrid. When I first created the program I went
through the dataconnection wizard and everything worked great. I am getting
text from a text box and using that to query for the data from oracle. Since
I saved the program and closed out of VB, I can not get it to work and it
just gives me the error in the immediate window:

A first chance exception of type 'System.Security.SecurityException'
occurred in System.Data.OracleClient.dll

It also gives the error -
Request for the permission of type
'System.Data.OracleClient.OraclePermission, System.Data.OracleClient,
Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed.

What do I need to do to get it to work again, or what am i doing wrong?
