connection string !!

hi everyone !!
have a looke on my VB.NET code

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. connPatient As OleDbConnection
  2.  connPatient = New OleDbConnection("Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source="http://myServer/ServerStorage/myDB.mdb")
  3. connPatient.Open()
i am trying to connect to Access database which on the server , but i am getting error.
is this the correct way to connect way database on the server

Database connection is simple with because it provides oledb connection object to access the connection string from the server.or where you put the db. so try to access through it.

toolbox>>> data tab>>oledbconnection

retry it now

hi !!

I am trying to access database from Clickonce application (on clien machine)
and database is on the server
virtual directory of batabase is ex: http://myServer/ServerStorage/myDB.mdb

and virtual dir of clickonce application is http://myServer/myClickAppl/

is there any solution for my prob
