Doubt regarding Confirmation Box

Im working on a VB.NET 1.1 version,

I have a project where, when I click cancel its directly closing all the information without giving any confirmation box because i gave the code as Me.close()

Now I need to give a confirmation message box stating YES or NO. when i click cancel button,

If YES then itll close that is exit from the program, or else it will continue the process that is being worked upon…

can u help me.with a solution..
