Rows in DataTable

Hi all,

I used DataTable to retrieve information from MySQL database. I expect to have 4 rows returned in the DataTable(I tried the same query in MySql Query Browser), however I got 6. The code fragment is as following

MySqlDataAdapter dataAdapter = new MySqlDataAdapter();
DataTable resultTable = new DataTable();
MySqlCommand command = new MySqlCommand();
command.CommandText = "SELECT im_id, im_title FROM imgfinfo WHERE im_albumid = 5";
dataAdapter.SelectCommand = command;
dataAdapter.Fill(resultTable);
foreach (DataRow row in resultTable.Rows)
{
...
}

Could anybody tell me why this happens? Thanks,

if you are getting more values than you expect, then i guess its got something to do with the query that you supply,
check the 'where' condition to be specific in the select condition.

Or u may have dups in your table, is it normalized??? Did u set the proper primary keys?? Take a hard look at the results sets from the Mysql and from your app
