Simple Provider for reading XML files

Connection String:
Provider=MSDAOSP;Data Source=MSXML2.DSOControl.2.6;

Code:
Dim cmd As New Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand(\\Martijn\TestDBs\cd_catal og.xml, con)
Dim dAdapter As New Data.OleDb.OleDbDataAdapter
Dim dSet As New Data.DataSet

con.Open()

dAdapter.SelectCommand = cmd
dAdapter.Fill(dSet)

con.Close()
dAdapter = Nothing
Return dSet

Error:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921086

Problem:
I have no windows server 2003, but good old XP. What fix is out there for me?
Ive read somehwere this can be done and I really want this to work this way.
(I know of the other ways to read XML, the easy ways :))

Thanks in advance, Figa
