DLL Conversion Required

Dear All,
i have a web service client module develope in C# and now i want
to convert it in vb6 .Is their any way/tool to achive this goal?

There are tools to convert from C# to VB.NET (i.e., VB 2003/2005), but why
would anyone make tools to convert to obsolete technology (VB6) ?

Thank you for your help.C# to C++ convertor is ok for me.is any one
have its crack/serial for intant C++ convertor.
