WINDOWS VISTA & .NET 2003

I Have Recently Installed Windows Vista.
After That I Have Installed Visual Studio .net 2003.
I Am Able To Use Vb.net, But I Am Not Able To Use Asp.net.
It Is Giving A Message Saying Web Development Component Missing.
But I Am Not Able To Configure Web Development Component.
Will Windows Vista Support .net 2003
Give Me A Solution To This Problem.
