How to get rownumber in Gridview

I have link button in gridview...After clicking button....I want that row number in gridview rowcommand event.

I Still have an problem in getting number of selected row in row command.....
Following is my code in gridview rowcommand event.


ctype(me.gridview.rows(the number of the selected row in gridview).findcontrol("yourdropdownbox"),dropdownlist).sel ectedvalue


In above how can i get the number of the selected row of grid view ..in row command event ?
