GDI+ problem?

I can or can not run any .net programs which using Windows.Forms

At the time I just installed Windows XP Home, I can run .net programs.
After
sometime, I can't run those programs anymore. I just gave up and had
not tried
to find a resolution.

About two weeks a ago, I joined a project which is a science library
for .net.
So I had to solve the problem. I was lucky. Uninstall and re-install
all I can
find with name ".net". Suddenly, all .net programs works again. I also
noticed
that a demo from wxPython, called AlphaDrawing, it crashed before,
when

dc = wx.GCDC(pdc)

The GC should stand for Graphics Context. I didn't pay much attention
to this. I
was just very happy all backs to normal.

Yesterday, the problem came back. Because of the crashing of demo, I
guess this
problem should be related to graphical stuff. So I downloaded a
command-line C#
program from CodeProject. And this command-line program works fine.

But I don't know what the problem exactly is, so I need help.

Here is some additional information:
Windows XP Home with SP2 and all high priority updates.
..NET framework 2.0 and the SDK
Visual C# Express

I want to provides some informations from C# express

When I create a new Windows Form project from C# express
I got this message in Error List:
Warning 1 Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often
an indication that other memory is corrupt.

But I still can build the project. After pressing F5, the debugger
stopped at

this.AutoScaleMode = System.Windows.Forms.AutoScaleMode.Font;

in InitializeComponent()

Now, the weird thing happened again. After creating this new project,
I closed
it. Then open my own C# project, press F5. I was hoping I can see the
error. But
it ran normally. I am totally confused. I think this is how the
problem was
solved previous time, both are related to C# Express.

Don't know when will this problem come back...

Any idea would be appreciate.
