Async socket - client has multiple threads

I would appreciate any help in solving this one. I am creating client
multiple threads each one creates a client tcp socket to same server and port:

m_remoteEP = new IPEndPoint(IPAddress.Parse(ipAddress), m_Port);
m_client = new Socket(AddressFamily.InterNetwork,SocketType.Strea m,
ProtocolType.Tcp);

it seems my:

private void ReceiveCallback( IAsyncResult ar )

- calls between the threads are getting mixed up - I have puts some locks
etc. in code but I would think that if each socket is a separate instance in
a separate class and there is no static data that they would not get
confused. So probably my assumptions are incorrect ?

Thanks for any help,
Eric
