How to display a TabStrip control in two lines or rows

[IE:WEBCONTROLS,ASP.NET1.1,C#]
i wanted to use 20 TABS in a TABSTRIPCONTROL .But in display (browser) to see all 20 TABS i needed to scroll right . I wanted to display them all at one glance without any scroll bars.my requirement is ,if 10 TABS are displayed in one line the next 10 should be displayed in next line.how can i achieve this using a single IE :TABSTRIP CONTROL.
