Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I have done the following program in vb and Iam getting Object reference not set to an instance of an object as error.

so plz give me the solution

Have you tried
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. r = ds.Tables(0).NewRow
and
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. r = ds.Tables(0).Rows.Add(r)
