Saving a checkbox value from a gridview into a Database

Hi All

Please help me. I have a Datagrid with Checkbox in template field. Chexkbox
datatype is bit in sql server. after binding the data, How i will sabve again
the data into database if i have checked all the checkboxes. thans in
advance. Pleaes help.
