XmlElement(Order:=n) Tag

What is the earliest version of Visual Studio that understands "Order" in
the following tag?:
------------------------------------
<XmlElement(Order:=n)>_
Public Property Field1....
....
....
End Property
------------------------------------

I understand that the availablility of Order in the XmlElement tag was
introduced with Net Framework 2.0, but I don't know which is the earliest
version of Visual Studio that will make use of it. Thanks.
