is there need 2 change window'form control modifier, from FRIEND to PRIVATE.....

in C# windows form controls have PRIVATE modifier...............
but in VB.net forms Controls have FRIEND moidfier ..........need 2 change this 2 to private ,,,,,,,,,,?
or its ok,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,?and tel me y modifier in both are different ...........?
