Need help to develop Username and password

hi,
im new to using this webservices, i need help to develop this given

example:
I connect to the webservice
It askes me to login
i login
sunil\test user and password
the webservice gets the session info: user, username
and adds a tag user to the xml that is parsed
and parses it to Axapta

in Axapta we can than build in checks on the username

I thing it should be an additional tag in the paramters section
it should check if there is already such a tag
: and remove it or alter it
so they cannot put in a username there selves

the webservice has to check this..
get this information from the session

I would like to parse the windows credetials (user account checked by windows) in the xml to Axapta
