how to change .css file at runtime in asp.net1.1

hi friends,

i have one asp.net application. which contains three frames. now in one frame i have one dropdownlist, which contains a list of themes. now i want that on selection of the theme from the list, that theme shuld be applyed to all the pages present in the application. and so the pages shuld be refreshed, and changes shuld be effected imediatly...

can anyone suggest me the solution for this prob....
