CLR Native Compiler crash

Hi,

When I try to install Visual Studio 2005 on my new Vista system, I get
a dialog that says "Microsoft Common Language Runtime native compiler
has stopped working". I know there are compatibility issues with
VS2005 and Vista, but this is during install, not runtime.

How can I go about troubleshooting this?

Thanks,
Bob Alexander
