programming OpenGL in vc++, how??

Hey

I want to learn to program OpenGL. I have VS2005, so I thought it could be a
good idea to learn how to program OpenGL in vc++....

Anybody knows where I can get the latest OpenGL SDK for vc++ or is that SDK
a part of VS2005??

if you have any links to tutorials explaining OpenGL programming in vc++
then please share it with me...
