Publishing An ASP.NET Website With Visual Studio .NET 2003

I want to publish an ASP.NET Website with Visual Studio .NET 2003. How can I do that? I have heard that there is no way except you use a 3rd party software. Is it correct?

To publish an ASP.Net web site you will need a host that offers asp.net, or are you running your own server?
