Running a batch file

I am facing a problem in running a batch file.
I am using the following code:

Process proc = new Process();
proc.StartInfo.RedirectStandardOutput = false;
proc.StartInfo.CreateNoWindow = false;
proc.EnableRaisingEvents = false;
proc.StartInfo.FileName = fileName;
proc.StartInfo.UseShellExecute = true;
proc.StartInfo.WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Minimized;
proc.Start();
DateTime p_Start = proc.StartTime;
proc.WaitForExit();

[Present Scenario]
My batch file takes around 30 min to complete.

My question is : "Is it possible to run a process, it show its result on the screen as in command window and after finishing, the content is saved on window.

Or indirectly, I want don't want to redirect the standard output, but I want to save the contents of the process.

Please help me.

Its not possible to save the output (window) with out redirect the content to a file.
