Centalize exe in VB.NET 2005

Dear All,

Is there any way to create & deploy the .EXE to server, than the user only make the shortcut from Server. the reason is I want to make centralize file .exe ( same as VB 6) so i don't need to re-install setup to each clients computer if there some changes has been made.

Pls your help.
